CUSTOMERS: How to find a trucker to move your cargo?

1. Register on backload.it, or download the app.
2. Create a load job: add details like location, photos, measurements, and a brief explanation of what you want to move.
3. Choose your carrier: Once bids start to come in, you can check which one suits you the most.
4. Pay; the backload it system will take your payment details and safely keep the money until your property has been delivered. Once payment has been received you and the carrier will be informed.
5. Collection: the carrier will collect the freight, cargo, boxes, pallet, and livestock, all of which you will be able to track via Google tracking.
6. Delivery: Once everything has been safely delivered, you will be sent photos to confirm delivery.

CARRIERS: How to find a backload?

1. Register on backload.it, or download the app.
2. Search for a load: save your routes in the backload it system, so you will automatically see all shipments near your usual routes. You can also search by area if you don't want to upload your routes.
3. Make your bid: you can make an offer, including price and dates.
4. Collection: once your bid has been chosen and payment has been made, you will receive confirmation. Then simply collect the load at the arranged time.
5. Delivery: deliver the load, and send photos to our system to confirm everything is correct.
6. Payment: once the photos have been uploaded to the system and confirmation from the client, the backload.it system will send your payment.
