A vision recovery and alternative movement therapy program inspired by my recovery from brain trauma. 'My Feldenkrazy Ways' is a movement class where you listen and move in response to verbal instructions. Movement sequences are generally small, simple and easy to perform, but oh so effective! These little movement sequences actually refresh the brain and nervous system by interrupting habitual patterns of thinking and moving. And this interruption (or reboot LOL) becomes an opportunity for something new and surprising to emerge, like more of you being involved in actions. Like previously unseen possibilities becoming available. Like your system becoming more efficient and free to move with ease, spontaneity and joy!
