OT Assessed was established in 2025 to make high-quality occupational therapy assessments accessible to people across Australia, regardless of where they live. The organisation was founded on extensive clinical experience spanning the UK and Australia, including work across private practice, nursing facilities, community rehabilitation, and the NDIS sector.

The team brings expertise in supporting individuals with mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and complex behavioural needs, always prioritising independence and meaningful daily activity. Through Australian NDIS experience across therapy, assessments, assistive technology, housing, and home modifications, OT Assessed recognised the growing need for timely, reliable assessments.

OT Assessed now provides comprehensive telehealth functional assessments with no waitlists. Reports are detailed, holistic, and evidence-based, supporting strong Reasonable & Necessary funding outcomes.
