At the urging of family and friends, in 2013, owner Cara D'Onofrio turned her hobby into a full-time occupation. In Feb 2015 Cara left her home state of Victoria and relocated herself and her company to NSW. Now residing in Clovelly, with her excellent associate Duncan. Cara regularly attends The Rocks Market in Sydney most Saturdays/Sundays, where bonniebix biscuits are sold. bonniebix is registered and covered and is baked from home with acceptance from Randwick City Council. Private orders are welcome. $30 for any dozen biscuits. Pick Up from Clovelly or from some of the weekend markets. Bonniebix have more cookie cutters than you can imagine, so find "Bonniebix Quality Shortbreads" on Facebook to see what shapes and themes are available.
