Tai Chi & Qi Gong This rarely taught Daoist style called Liu He Ba Fa (6 Harmonies 8 Methods) is also referred to as Water Tai Chi. The class is suitable for beginners and advanced students of internal arts. Learn to harmonise your movements with your breathing, cultivate energy and gain stillness of mind through this meditative style of Qi Gong Join the class on Monday 6.45 – 7.45 pm and/or Saturday 9.30 – 10.30 am at the PCYC Armidale. Hamish’s classes have a unique way of combining focus and depth in the art, but also with practical skills and enjoyment in the process. Hamish has a passion for passing on his knowledge and supporting students to grow in healthy ways physically and mentally. Affordable classes based on a weekly or quarterly fee where students can attend as many classes as they wish in Uralla and Walcha. No membership fee! Juniors (6yrs and up) and Seniors (14yrs and up) classes available. Water Style Tai Chi and Qi Gong classes are also available utilising the rare Taoist internal styles of Liu He Ba Fa and Wun Yuen Yut Hei Jeung.
